Monthly Uploads

  • September 2025:   OPC’s and transcribers uploaded 56 items to parish pages (including updated documents)
  • October 2025:  New and updated documents added as we go through October.

Images

  • New images and galleries are added to the site on a regular basis.
  • The amount of images in each gallery will vary from subject to subject. We are always working on new items and information to add to the site and currently hold a large of amount of items to be loaded (however much more information is available elsewhere to be gathered in and processed).

Transcription Projects:

  • We are currently working on a census transcribing programme as a priority, this is coming along pretty well considering we have a small team working on this. We are also reviewing documents under copyright and General Data Protection Regulations. This may mean that some items will no longer be available to the website until they have been re-transcribed.
  • We have many items to be processed probably in the region of 3000 items, sadly a slow process to check
  • To see what items are in the process of being transcribed please take a look at the Coming Soon page

Site Holdings

  • At the beginning of each month the site holdings list is updated to show what can be found on parish pages and elsewhere on the site
  • At present we have over 29400 items of interest published on parish pages.
  • Items are annotated with either Submitted or Revised.

  • Parishes S – as at 1st October 2025
  • Parishes T-U – as as 1st October 2025
  • Parishes V-Z – as of 1st October 2025
  • The date of when any item was updated can be found at the foot of the published document.  The original upload date is in the left hand column, the date when the item was uploaded with changes is in the right hand date column.
  • Note: Something has gone wrong with the lists – am currently working through checking the information is correct – those items highlighted in blue have been checked and are correct and current.  All other items the uploaded information needs checking but will take awhile to go through as there are thousands of entries to check through.  The content of the published documents is not affected by this.
