Lions Head, of the A30 at Winterslow Common
This is an early 18th century building, formerly 3 cottages one of which was a weavers cottage. Became a public house with jug and bottle bar and brewing its own beer in the early 19th century.
Lord Nelson, Middleton Road, Middle Winterslow
Is an 18th century public house which was previously two cottages. The name of the pub came about when a nearby large estate was bequeathed to Admiral Lord Nelson.
Pheasant, London Road
This is a 17th century establishment which started out as the Winterslow Hutt. It was frequently visited by Thomas Boulton, a local Wiltshire Highwayman. The pub has ssen many owners over the years but is owned as at 2000 by The Alehouse Co.
