The building is dated 1825 but was registered as newly built in 1929. Is is a red brick building with a pan tiles roof. The window and door surrounds are made of ashlar stone. The windows are of a Gothic style and are two light traceries with small glass panes. There are two large south side windows and keystones above the doors. In 1987 the building was being used as a store room.
