The Parish Church of St. Mary the Virgin
To access the church at Boynton you enter through an elaborately moulded 13th century arch above which is the bell tower on the north side of the nave. Its particular interest lies in its Giffard chapel opposite, a late 13th century structure with interesting details. The west window is a circular rose window remarkable for its early date. Within the chapel are two early Giffard tombs. The burial ground for the church is situated in neighbouring Corton. St. Mary's Church Gallery Churchyard (Corton) Gallery
