Information for Contacting OPC's

Established OPC's

Established OPC's can be contacted for all enquiries, suggestions and donations of information via the Contact an OPC link in the main menu.  The name of the OPC is listed with the parishes that they cover.

New OPC's

If an OPC is new to a parish and their status says they are still gathering resources please respect this until  their status changes.  As they gain information this will be recorded on their page and they will  then be happy to receive your requests.

Don't forget that the information forums are a great place to ask questions since a fellow researcher may have the answer you need.  You may also contact Teresa Lewis for any other enquiries via the Contact An OPC link in the menu on the front page if you are not certain where to direct your enquiry.

OPC Groups

Where a group is acting as the OPC for a certain parish then it means they are willing to share their research and deal with enquiries for that particular parish - they may not have published items to their page.

Look Ups

Where someone has volunteered to do look ups for a certain parish - it means that they have access to information for that parish but is not publishing items to the page - this will be the responsibility of the OPC that volunteers to take on the parish.

Advisors

If a particular parish is covered in part by an advisor - this means that they are willing to help with enquiries solely in regard to their branch of expertise.  They are unable to deal with enquiries in general for the parish.

Please note that in all cases the people involved are volunteers and may take some time replying.  If you have not received a reply for several weeks then please contact the Site-Co-Ordinator/Webmaster or Teresa Lewis

Thank you for your understanding and patience
